Jonathon Swaine takes adviser role with Bohem Brewery

London’s Bohem Brewery has confirmed that Jonathon Swaine is to work with the business as an adviser.

Swaine, who is managing director, retail, of Rank Group PLC and was previously managing director of Fuller’s Inns, will work with Czech-style beer specialist Bohem to leverage his experience with a major brewery to support the growing business. Through his general management expertise and his contacts within the leisure industry, Swaine will help with further expanding Bohem’s distribution.

Established in 2017, Bohem Brewery specialises in authentic Czech beers, brewed on bespoke imported equipment by Czech-trained brewers, and lagered for a minimum of five weeks. The brewery is based in Tottenham and has its own Tap Room in nearby Bounds Green. Bohem beers are the “house pour’ lager in the Mother Kelly’s and Craft Beer Co. bar brands. Privately-owned Bohem is backed by a small group of investors.
